Digital technologies are rapidly changing the global labor market. Global demand for specialists skilled in artificial intelligence is growing.
Therefore, at my direction, the Al-Sana program has been launched, designed to engage up to 100,000 students in high-tech projects.
But developing artificial intelligence competencies should begin much earlier – right from the school stage. To this end, a number of initiatives should be implemented. First and foremost, a curriculum and teaching materials on the fundamentals of artificial intelligence should be developed for schoolchildren. It is also necessary to develop teachers’ skills in using artificial intelligence technology.
A model for a small-scale school, Qazaq Digital Mektebi, should be developed using distance learning and artificial intelligence. This platform will provide rural schoolchildren with access to high-quality educational materials.
The capital's experience in building children's development centers with private capital should be scaled up. Many entrepreneurs have expressed a willingness to assist in this area, and akims should more actively involve them in the implementation of these projects."
